• A neuro‑affirming approach to practice, supporting clients and families to express their authentic selves. We welcome and embrace neurodivergent practitioners.
• Strong advocacy skills, with a person‑centred and human‑rights‑focused lens.
• Critical and creative thinkers who enjoy collaborative environments and value true partnership in planning and implementation.
• People with experience working with (or lived experience of): children, young‑onset dementia, severe intellectual disability, and mental health.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
• Relevant qualifications with strong research and report‑writing capability (e.g., Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Education).
• Essential – A current driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
• Essential – Current NDIS Worker Screening (by commencement).
• Essential – ABN + professional indemnity and public liability insurance (by commencement).
• Essential – Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Preferred – Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Entry‑level practitioner – $100/hr

• Weekly supervision
• Shadowing for assessments, plan development, and report writing
• Support for portfolio submission

Core practitioner – $130/hr

• Fortnightly supervision
• Oversight of reports

Proficient practitioner – $150/hr

• Monthly supervision
• Peer supervision
• Mentoring opportunities
